Week 9

 Talanoa week.

 I was reflecting on my findings, asking and getting ideas from other group members to add to my report. I wrote down all the necessary points for the second written assessment and started my introduction. This week, I started researching the first chapter of the report. For banking, I got some details from the Repco website. I also learned how banking works and who handles the transaction to the back of an auto parts store in Napa and Repco. The figure below shows the correct procedures and process. I also researched other finance companies such as Laybuy, Afterpay, and Capricorn Account.

My colleague and I visited his workshop to study how he handles customers. We found out that his shop needs a designated receptionist. We found that appointments or bookings are made via phone or online, as seen in Fig below. Additionally, for new customers, parking is non-existent, as the owner uses all six parking spaces to park all the cars that need repair.
