 I started working on PowerPoint for the presentation. I reviewed my report, presentation, strategies, and plan to summarise all my learning.

My colleague and I visited his workshop to study how he handles customers. We found out that his shop needs a designated receptionist. We found that appointments or bookings are made via phone or online, as seen in Fig below. Additionally, for new customers, parking is non-existent, as the owner uses all six parking spaces to park all the cars that need repair.
