Week 4

I have Researched the Health and Safety Act for my first written assignment and researched laws and regulations. I revisited the workshop to take photos of the surroundings and the hazards affecting him and his customers. We often find his workshop tools lying around all over the floor, similarly with used old parts from the vehicles, making it hazardous for customers.

My colleague and I visited his workshop to study how he handles customers. We found out that his shop needs a designated receptionist. We found that appointments or bookings are made via phone or online, as seen in Fig below. Additionally, for new customers, parking is non-existent, as the owner uses all six parking spaces to park all the cars that need repair.
